Shipping and pickup
No general shipping eligibility is promised for clinical treatments. Any eligible direct-purchase item must have a supported fulfillment option and the applicable costs shown before payment. Ask NDB about treatment-specific arrangements during your consultation.
Order questions and refund requests
Contact NDB with your order reference to ask about cancellation, fulfillment or a refund. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been issued. Refund status is recorded after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
