APPOINTMENTS

A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

NDB requests at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Its published policy separately specifies a $75 charge to the card on file for appointments canceled with less notice and for missed appointments.
